These are the base prices of my artworks. They might vary depending on the complexity of the commission and the details desired in the illustration. A visual reference is appreciated, and in the case of having none / wanting a custom design, additional fees will be applied.

Terms of Service

@k4tzillaFailure to comply with any of the rules listed will result in the cancellation of your commission. Do take note that a 25% will be deducted from the total of your upfront payment during refund.General Terms
The commissioner should provide all relevant materials and requirements when submitting your request form.
The artist and the commissioner should first settle on an accurate explanation and interpretation of the expected finished product before starting the commission.
The artist has the right to cancel or deny any commission.Payment
The payment is done via PayPal.
Do not send payments unless the artist agrees to accept your commission and asks for the payment.
Commissioned artworks should be paid 50% once the sketch has been approved, and the remaining 50% when the work is finished.Process and Delivery
Pre-commission
The artist will notify the commissioner the start of the commissioned artwork.During Commission
The commissioner will receive a sketch for corrections and approval. They can
request pictures of the artwork at any point during the process. The client is also
free to ask for an estimation of when their commission might be finished.Post-commission/ Delivery
Once paid, the completed artwork will be sent via email as a high-resolution png file attachment.NOTE:
A jpeg file or other file type will also be sent upon request.Revisions
The commissioner is entitled to 3 revisions during the whole commission process. Major revisions will be accepted only during the sketching phase (such as the addition of another character or big props), while small ones can be discussed with the artist.
Changing the subject of the commission will not be permitted after completing the initial payment.
There will be no revisions allowed once the commission is considered complete.
Extra revision(s) will incur fees proportional to the additional workload.Copyright and Usage Policy
Under no circumstances may the artist's signature be removed from any work.
Art may not be modified or edited by anyone but the original artist.
Feeding the artwork to AI or using it for NFTs is strictly prohibited.
In the case of adoptables or customs, the design belongs fully to the commissioner. They are free to modify the design, resell it (for a price no higher than 125€ of the original one), and use it as they will. Crediting the artist is still necessary when sharing the original design.For every commissioned artwork, the artist:
retains the right to own the copyright of the completed artwork unless the commissioner requests a commercial use of artwork (additional fee will be applied).
can promote services and products with the finished artwork anywhere.For every commissioned artwork, the commissioner is allowed to:
Use the commissioned artwork for personal use unless agreed otherwise. (Example: Upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)
Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.
Use the artwork to promote themselves.
Use the artwork on their Youtube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.
All of the above must include credits to the artist.For commercial use art commissions, the following policies will be applied:
Give credit to the artist for the finished artwork when selling the merchandise or product.Cancellation Policy
The artist has the right to cancel any art commission and refund the appropriate amount.
The artist is entitled to cancel or deny the art commission.By contacting me for a commission you, as the commissioner, agree to all the terms listed above, and this agreement will take effect once I start working on the commission.
